Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.tasteprofile.fi website (the “Service”) operated by TasteProfile (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

TasteProfile sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT.

 

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TasteProfile and its licensors.

 

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TasteProfile.

TasteProfile has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TasteProfile shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

 

Cancellation and change conditions

The courses are subject to a fee (unless otherwise stated) and are booked through our website www.tasteprofile.fi . The reservation is always binding and the course is paid in full upon registration.

If you want to make changes to your reservation, please contact us either by e-mail at info@tasteprofile.fi or at +358400965166.

TasteProfile ay reserves the right to make changes due to force majeure or other factors beyond TasteProfile ay’s control.

Registration for the courses can be canceled free of charge no later than 7 days before the start of the inhouse course. For cancellations made after this, we will charge 50% of the original course fee. If no cancellation is announced, the full course fee will be charged.

Participation in the online course can be canceled free of charge at least 7 days before the course. Cancellations made after this, but at least two days before the course, will be charged 50% of the course price. For cancellations made two days or later before the course, we will charge 100% of the full course price.

Orders

Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

 

Payments

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application.

Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop. Pivo: Terms and conditions of Pivo can be found here: https://pivo.fi/kayttoehdot/pivon-kayttoehdot/ Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Peruutus- ja muutosehdot

Kurssit ovat maksullisia (jollei toisin mainita) ja ne varataan nettisivujemme www.tasteprofile.fi kautta. Varaus on aina sitova ja kurssi maksetaan kokonaisuudessaan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä.

Jos haluat tehdä varaukseesi muutoksia, ota yhteyttä joko s-postilla osoitteeseen info@tasteprofile.fi tai numeroon +358400965166.

TasteProfile ay pidättää itsellään oikeuden muutoksiin, joiden syynä ovat force majeure -esteet tai muut TasteProfile ay:stä riippumattomat seikat.

Ilmoittautumisen Turussa paikanpäällä pidettävälle kursseille  voi peruuttaa ilmaiseksi viimeistään 7 vuorokautta ennen kurssin alkua. Tämän jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista veloitamme 50% alkuperäisestä kurssimaksusta. Jos peruutuksesta ei ilmoita, veloitetaan koko kurssimaksu.

Osallistumisen verkkokurssille voi peruuttaa maksutta vähintään viikkoa ennen kurssia. Tämän jälkeen tehdyistä, mutta vähintään kaksi päivää ennen kurssia tehdyistä, peruutuksista perimme 50% kurssin hinnasta. Kaksi päivää tai myöhemmin ennen kurssia tehdyistä peruutuksista veloitamme koko 100% kyseisen kurssin hinnan. 

 

Tilaaminen

Tilattavat tuotteet valitaan verkkosivuilla lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin. Tilaus lähetetään maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkokaupan kassatoiminnossa. Tehdessäsi tilauksen hyväksyt nämä toimitusehdot, tuotteiden hinnat sekä toimituskulut. Mikäli tilaushetkellä annetaan sähköpostiosoite, tilauksesta lähetetään tilausvahvistus sähköpostitse. Tilausvahvistuksesta ilmenevät tilatut tuotteet sekä hinta.

 

Maksaminen

Verkkokaupan maksuvälittäjänä toimii Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, y-tunnus 2486559-4), joka on rekisteröity Finanssivalvonnan ylläpitämään maksulaitosrekisteriin.
Maksamiseen siirrytään Visma Payn verkkopalvelun kautta ja tiliotteella ja laskulla maksun saajana näkyy Visma Pay tai Visma Payments Oy.
Visma Pay välittää maksut verkkokauppiaalle. Maksaminen on turvallista, sillä kaikki maksutapahtumaa koskevat tiedot välitetään salattua yhteyttä käyttäen niin ettei kukaan ulkopuolinen taho näe maksutapahtuman tietoja. Mikäli maksun veloittaminen maksukortilta epäonnistuu, MobilePay-lompakolla maksaminen ei ole mahdollista verkkokaupassa.

Jousto on tarkoitettu yksityishenkilöille, jotka ovat hoitaneet raha-asiansa moitteettomasti. Joustolla saat 30 vuorokautta korotonta ja kulutonta maksuaikaa.
