Upcoming Courses

The online courses are held via zoom and are designed for a duration of one and a half to two hours , if not stated otherwise in the course description. After signing up for a course, you will be provided with a link to enter the zoom session and a list of ingredients as well as utensils that will be used during the course. We aim to work with ingredients that are widely available in the local shops and will provide guidance on where to get specialized food products such as bacteria for a cheese making class.

The course will start with the theory around the dish and its cultural background. We will then explain the techniques used during the preparation of this meal before we start with the actual cooking process. We will share the recipe and walk you through every step, so you can recreate the dish at home. We encourage you to ask questions should anything remain unclear. We are looking forward to making some tasty food together.
