We are Taste Profile.

We, Vivianna and Moritz, are two chefs with a passion for plant-based food. We met in Sweden while attending a cooking school. We decided to combine our love of tasty food and working with people by starting this company. With Vivianna growing up in Finland and Moritz coming from Germany we are equipped with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. This allows us to reach people in Finish, German and English-speaking countries. Viviana specializes in desserts and healthy cooking, while Moritz is more interested in savoury dishes and vegan cheeses. 

 

We love plant-based food and aim to support the change towards more sustainable living. It has become more evident in the last decades that we as humans on this earth have to change our mind-set and behaviour towards our environment and foods that we consume so that we are able to build a sustainable future for this planet. Facing climate change and the resulting social problems are challenges that neither one person nor governments can take on alone. We believe everyone has the chance to be a part of this change and make a difference with one meal at a time. It doesn’t matter whether you have just heard about plant-based food and curious what it is all about or if you have been vegan for 50 years. We want to bring people together that share a passion for sustainable foods and amazing flavours.
